Yes. The kit is designed for all skill levels. The templates handle the hardest part (proportions and anatomy) so you can focus on designing.
The Drawing the Croquis e-book and workbook (included in Premium) also teach you how to draw the figure from scratch if you want to go deeper.

After purchase, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page.
You will also automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to download the file. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
